Melissa is well organized, but Honey is even more. This hilarious debut novel is about Mel running an agency to men who need organized in any way. She's a "nanny but for adult men." Along with her there's her flatmate Nelson and best friend Gabi. And an irresistible man named Jonathan who Mel is determined to believe he only loves Honey. So basically this is a novel about a girl who thinks she's being a completely different woman, but everyone else realizes she's just showing more of herself in Honey because she's wearing a "disguise" and feels more confident. Whatever Honey has, it's in Mel, but Mel just doesn't know how to let it out as Mel, not Honey.

I really loved this book. It was hilarious in many parts, especially during her transformations from Mel to Honey and making sure she was always one or the other. Of course there were mishaps like being caught in the middle of both girls because she was flustered and didn't realize she didn't change something.

"It's rude to refuse a compliment, even if you don't quite believe it." (p.3)

"You only get one chance at life...you can't go on hiding...you're going to miss out if you don't start grasping a bit more." (p.266)

"It's much better to have a marriage with ups and downs than for it to be monotonous. More reason to stick together if you don't know what tomorrow will bring." (p.275)

In a marriage...
"Well, you need a bit of independence. And respect. And some shared interests. Um, the same sort of sense of humour helps. You need to be able to live together, and understand each other. Know when to give each other some space, and when to be close. You want a partner who can make you feel secure, and loved, so you can reach your full potential, someone who can inspire you, and encourage you to try again if things don't work out. Someone who loves you for who you are, not who you might turn in to, or who you once were." (p.226)
